Doug is a modern production leader who helps creative teams make ambitious work across every channel. He has worked agency-side, client-side, production-side, and inside content studios, so he understands how to build the right production model for the idea, the brand, the budget, and the moment. 
His focus is simple: protect the creative, build the right team, and deliver work with craft, speed, and operational discipline.
Currently, as Executive Producer and Head of Production at Cutwater, he leads a bi-coastal, largely virtual production team and oversees all of the agency’s content output. 
He has established modern production processes, guided teams through agile workflows, and served as a key contributor to new business efforts—all while maintaining a strong focus on creative excellence, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship.
