With nearly two decades of experience leading creative production across agencies, brands, and in-house studios, Doug brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams, elevate creative work, and deliver complex, multi-channel content at scale.

Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with creative leadership to shepherd ideas from concept through execution—balancing ambition with production viability, operational rigor, and strategic intent. He has overseen content spanning film, social, digital, experiential, print, and interactive platforms for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Meta, Coca-Cola, Samsung, HBO, PlayStation, Anheuser-Busch, Unilever, and Target.

Currently, as Executive Producer and Head of Production at Cutwater, he leads a bi-coastal, largely virtual production team and oversees the majority of the agency’s content output.  He has established modern production processes, guided teams through agile workflows, and served as a key contributor to new business efforts—all while maintaining a strong focus on creative excellence, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship
