Doug is currently Head of Production at Cutwater an independent, bi-coastal, full service advertising agency with offices in New York and San Francisco.   Doug is based on the east coast, but oversees integrated production for Cutwater across both its New York and San Francisco offices and works with creative teams in San Francisco, New York, Austin, and Chicago.​​​​​​​ 
He is an accomplished content production leader with over 25 years of experience overseeing the creative development, planning, production, and delivery across multiple mediums, including Social, Digital, Broadcast, Print and Experiential for some of the worlds largest brands including Facebook, Samsung, The Coca-Cola Company, HBO, Playstation, Anheuser-Busch, Unilever, Nestle, Mondelez, Target and FedEx. 
He has worked with celebrity talent including Taylor Swift, Lebron James, Andra Day, Nas, Ty Dolla $ign, Jonathan Mannion, Winnie Harlow, Lil Yachty, DRAM, Metro Boomin, Wale, Vince Staples, Vic Mensa, Kamaiyah, Kap G, Missy Franklin, Megan Rapinoe, Danica Patrick, Denny Hamlin, Joey Logano, Ryan Newman and Austin Dillon, Kevin Magnussen, Nico Hülkenberg among others.
Doug is also a frequent collaborator with Director/Screenwriter, Stirling McLaughlin and Writer, Ben Butler via their creative collective, We'll Be Here All Week. They have been collaborating for 15+ years to create amusing and memorable content.

Doug is a proud graduate of The University of Michigan, where he received his BA in English Language & Literature and Film Studies.   He spends his free time with his wife, Allison and his entitled cats Stevie Nicks and Sedona Lee.
He lives in NJ at the Jersey Shore, loves pizza, does not have a NJ accent, collects wine, jazz records and finds the utmost joy in tending to his garden.
Doug is a mentor to students studying Multimedia Production as part of Pesce Family Mentoring Institute at William Patterson University and current board member of The League of Women Voters of Monmouth County.
