Doug is currently Head of Production at Cutwater. Cutwater is an independent, bi-coastal, full service advertising agency. Doug is based on the east coast, but oversees integrated production for Cutwater across both its New York and San Francisco offices and works with creative teams in San Francisco, New York, Austin, and Chicago.

Doug was Lead Producer on a "Skunkworks" creative team within Facebook's Creative Shop. Code-named "Lockdown", Lockdown was focused on developing social good initiatives on behalf of Global Advertiser's which leveraged Meta's suite of products including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc

Doug conceived and built a new division, Titled Content, which was a creative collective composed of writers, art directors, designers, photographers, producers and other content creators focused on delivering non-traditional content (Social/Branded Entertainment) for Brands and Agencies.

Doug was part of the Content and Creative Excellence team for North America which provided oversight of the creative development, planning and production of content across Coca-Cola’s portfolio of brands including film production, animation, design, branded entertainment, interactive content, print, experiential and OOH.

Doug oversaw the user experience, visual design, creative development and production of ambitious integrated projects which leveraged film, animation, design, print, digital and physical components, for Playstation, Vaseline and Rubbermaid.

Digital Agency [HUGE]
Doug helped conceive, launch, and lead a full-service content and interactive studio of 15 staff members. Capabilities included production (photo, live-action and interactive), post-production (editorial, vfx, audio post), as well as design, animation and interactive development.
Global Advertising Agency [BBDO]
Doug led an interactive production team of 4 producers managing interactive production for FedEx, Footlocker, HBO and Arby’s. Day-to day responsibilities included oversight of the strategy, planning, design, development and launch of interactive projects including global websites, microsites, augmented reality, online advertising, video production, application development and social media programs.
