As part of the leadership team at Level All, I served as VP, Head of Production and Creative Operations and oversaw the all the creative output of the Creative Studio. 
I led the vision and day-to-day operational management for the studio including the management and mentorship of 8 direct reports, focused on creating compelling content that motivates students and their parents.
In partnership with the Executive Creative Director, We designed, recruited and built an in-house content studio of 40+ artists for an educational technology startup focused on delivering engaging "snack-able" content to users. The content studio was composed of 4 core-teams - Video Production (Production, Post, Animation), Visual Design, Photography and Creative Technology.​​​​​​​
The Level All app and website delivers a continuously updated content library of thousands of in-depth, unbiased, and "snack-able" videos, articles, quizzes, audio experiences, slideshows, infographics, and checklists covering the issues facing high school families
During my tenure, our team of 40+ artists including designers, photo editors, video editors, animators, audio engineers and technologists were able to deliver over 25,000+  design and photo assets and 1,000+ videos to the platform.​​​​​​​
