This was one of the first projects I took on when I joined The Coca-Cola Company and is still one of the most unique.
I oversaw the creative development, planning and production of the Sprite Corner experience. The experience was part activation, part content engine and part social media newsroom in which Sprite took over a Bodega in NYC for 10 weeks and created programing and content grounded in Hip Hop Culture, Fashion and Art.
The content and programming we created includined Concerts, DJ Mix Sessions, Live-Streamed Rap Battles, Photography Seminars, Cooking Demonstrations and Design Workshops.
From that programing we produced live-broadcasts, film and photography, a comprehensive social presence, a real time event experience (which fans could attend) and a 30-minute TV special on BET.
As brands continue to expand into and evolve what it means to create Branded Content, this experience was truly innovative and ground breaking in its approach and execution.
